As noted in the application guidelines, grant recipients are required to professionally videotape at least one Science on Screen presentation each season. By this, we mean well-lit and well-composed footage, shot on a high-definition camcorder at no less than 1080p. Be sure to use a camera that will produce a quality image in your theater's setting. Low light is always an issue when shooting inside a dark theatre, and underexposed or grainy footage is unacceptable. Please also submit, if possible, the original slides from the presentation.

These recordings and materials must be delivered to the Coolidge via thumb drive or Dropbox. Format: please send a Quicktime or mp4 file compressed to h.264 codec, and prepared for internet streaming for use on SoS-related media sites.

*Important:* Please ensure that your speakers for these videotaped screenings sign a release form (an example was provided to you in your grant notification email). You will be asked to submit your release forms and edited footage along with your final report.
