Grenada Community Foundation
The Grenada Community Foundation (GCF) is a non-profit organization founded in 2010 that organizes events for the 12,000 residents of Grenada, Mississippi, with the goal of enriching the community. The Grenada Afterglow Film Festival (GAFF), a GCF program launched in 2013, started out as a once per year event featuring indie films, music, tech, entrepreneurship, video games, cosplay, and workshops. It has since grown into an organization with a year-round schedule of monthly events for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. At GAFF, our spotlight film categories are Social Impact, Cultural Heritage, and Scientific Exploration. The goal of GAFF is to stimulate ideas and creativity, but more importantly, to inspire positive change.
