With twenty-five years of culinary excellence, Chris began his journey at age fifteen, peeling potatoes at a country club, and rose to international acclaim. He made history as the youngest American chef to win the gold medal at the World Pastry Team Championship and was named one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America. Additionally, he earned the title "Top Chef" on Bravo’s Top Chef: Just Desserts, Season 2.
