Film Synopsis
A group of teenagers in California's central valley spend one final night after their 1962 high school graduation cruising the strip with their buddies before they pursue their varying goals.
On the last day of summer vacation in 1962, friends Curt (Richard Dreyfuss), Steve (Ronny Howard), Terry (Charles Martin Smith) and John (Paul Le Mat) cruise the streets of small-town California while a mysterious disc jockey (Wolfman Jack) spins classic rock'n'roll tunes. It's the last night before their grown-up lives begin, and Steve's high-school sweetheart, a hot-to-trot blonde, a bratty adolescent and a disappearing angel in a Thunderbird provide all the excitement they can handle.

About the Speaker
Vito Trujillo Jr. has been restoring automobiles since he graduated high school in 1993. He decided to take restoring automobiles more seriously when he built his restoration shop at home in 2005. Since then Vito has restored several vehicles with the help of friends and family over the last 20 years, most of them for locals in the Taos area.
Vito takes pride in his work with the help from friends and family when needed. Although the mechanical portion of these restoration projects are handed to other shops, Vito focuses on areas such as panel alignment, bodywork, fit and finish, paint and polish, installation of trim and bright work, installation of rubber gaskets and seals, glass and regulators and some interior components.
